摘要：受经济新常态影响，我国现代建筑产业的发展在未来一段时期内面临的压力依然巨大，且结构性问题更为突出。应用SWOT分析我国现代建筑产业的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战，并在此基础上提出经济新常态背景下推进现代建筑产业发展的对策与建议。

Abstract：Under the influence of new economic normality，the pressure of the development of modern construction industry is still huge，and the structural problems are more prominent in the future period. Based on SWOT analysis，this paper analyzes the strengths，weaknesses，opportunities and challenges of China's modern construction industry.Then，puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern construction industry under the new economic normality.
