[摘　要]　介绍越南经济现状以及越南电力建设工程特点、环境，对越南经济、货币、汇率走势进行了简单分析；建立模型预测2009年越南电力造价变动趋势，提出涉越火电工程建设项目财务风险的规避措施。

Abstract: The paper introduced the economy status, characteristics and environment of electric power engineering construction in Vietnam, and analyzed the development trend of economy, monetary and exchange rate. By building  mode of Vietnam electric power engineering cost changing trend of 2009, it put forward the countermeasures for avoiding construction project financial risks.
