摘要：设计管理是工程总承包项目管理的核心业务之一。结合我国大型施工企业自身特点，从构建原则、组织架构、管理策略三个角度，提出构建设计管理体系的工作思路，以期打造一种面向施工的深度设计管理模式，从而在工程总承包市场中赢得竞争优势。

Abstract：Design management is one of the core work in the lump-sum construction contracting project management. Combined with the characteristics of large-scale construction enterprises in China，this paper puts forward the way of constructing design management system from three aspects，including construction principle，organization structure and management strategy，in order to build a deep design management mode oriented construction，so as to win the competitve advantages in the lump-sum construction contracting market.
