摘要：工程总承包模式是目前国家大力提倡的工程建设模式，实际应用中工程总承包单位则多由设计院与施工企业组成联合体进行承包。基于此，阐述工程总承包联合体的内涵，分析工程总承包联合体模式的风险，并提出风险应对措施，以期为应用工程总承包模式提供参考。

Abstract：At present，China is advocating EPC mode. The general contracting unit is a joint venture，mainly composed of the design institutes and construction enterprises in practical application. Based on this，this paper expounds the connotation of the joint venture of EPC，analyzes the risks of the joint venture mode，and puts forward the solutions for the risks of the joint venture mode，in order to provide references for the application of EPC.
