摘要：分析房地产成本管理流程及其存在的问题，阐述BIM在房地产成本管理流程中的应用价值，最后提出BIM在房地产成本管理中的应用建议，以期为房地产成本管理提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the process of real estate cost management and its existing problems，then expounds the application value of BIM in the real estate cost management process. Finally，puts forward some suggestions on the application of BIM in real estate cost management，in order to provide references for the cost management of real estate.
