摘要：如何科学、有效地设置PPP项目的投资回报机制，对于PPP项目的各参与方来说具有重要意义。基于此，分析不同类型PPP项目的特征及投资回报机制设置的核心内容、主要方法、应用建议等。然后，识别影响投资回报的主要因素。最后结合实证，总结PPP项目投资回报机制的应用，以期对PPP项目的实施及发展起到一定的促进作用。

Abstract：How to set up the investment return mechanism of PPP projects scientifically and effectively is of great significance to all parties involved in PPP projects. Based on this，this paper analyzes the characteristics of different types of PPP projects and the core content，main methods，application advices of the investment return mechanism. Then，identifies the main factors influencing the investment returns. Finally，combined with the empirical analysis，summarizes the application of PPP projects investment return mechanism，in order to play a positive role in the implementation and development of PPP projects.
