摘要：基于委托代理理论，分析电力公司、地方政府、村民之间的双重委托代理关系，得出电力公司、地方政府和村民冲突模型。借助模型，并结合实践经验，分析电力项目征地拆迁补偿存在的问题主要有：补偿标准不完善，地方政府配合不到位，申报补偿时存在虚报、谎报，各方利益不同，并提出相应策略。

Abstract：Based on principal-agent theory，this paper analyzes the double principal-agent relationship between electric power companies，local governments and villagers，and draws a conflict model between electric power companies，local governments and villagers. With the help of the model and combined with practical experiences，analyzes that there are four main factors that affect the compensation for land expropriation and demolition in electric power projects：the compensation standard is not perfect，local government’s coordination is not in place，and false declarations and false reports exist when applying for compensation，the interests of all parties differ，and puts forward the corresponding suggestion.
