摘要：探讨投标人不平衡报价类型，分析常见不平衡报价应对策略。结合武汉地铁项目的具体情况，提出“重点清单项合理价法”不平衡报价应对策略，分析其造价控制效果。

Abstract：This paper discusses the types of bidders’ unbalanced quotations，analyzes common strategies for unbalance quotations. Combined with the specific situation of the Wuhan subway project，puts forward the proper strategies for unbalanced quotations based on the method of “reasonable prices for key BOM items”，and analyzes the effect of cost control.
