摘要：在明确区块链技术的概念基础上，分析区块链技术的特点，并预测展望区块链技术在建筑行业的可能应用场景，以期为建筑行业新发展提供参考。

Abstract：On the basis of defining the concept of block chain technology，this paper analyzes the characteristics of block chain technology，then predictes the potential application scene of block chain technology in construction industry，in order to provide references for the new development of construction industry.
