摘要:针对工程界面、工程量、列项、技术要求及开办项目等多个方面分析虚拟工程量清单招标风险源,阐述各风险源特征及其风险影响因素。基于模糊综合评价理论,运用层次分析法建立数学模型,对虚拟工程量清单招标风险点进行权重计算,进而实现工程虚拟清单招标风险评价。

Abstract:This paper respectively analyzes the sources of bidding risk of the virtual bill of quantities from the aspects of engineering interface,project quantity,line items,technical requirements and starting projects,and elaborates the characteristics of risk sources and the risk impact factors. Based on the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,establishes a mathematical model by using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of bidding risk points in the virtual bill of quantities,so as to realize the bidding risk evaluation of the virtual bill of quantities.
