摘要：通过分析赢得值法的不足，在常规分析指标基础上，引入关键路径评价指标和趋势分析指标，以渤海某采油平台陆地建造项目中的进度控制为例，利用改进的方法最终实现按期完工并节约费用的控制目标，为赢得值分析法在海洋工程项目进度控制中的应用提供参考。

Abstract：By analyzing the deficiency of earned value management，this paper introduces the critical path index and trend analysis index on the basis of conventional analysis index. Taking the progress control of an oil platform land construction project in Bohai as an example，achieves the goal of completion on schedule and cost-saving by using the improved method，in order to provide references for the application of earned value management on progress control in offshore engineering projects.
