摘要：工程量清单的重要性除了项目执行过程中的进度款结算这个核心功能以外，其他重要功能被很多企业忽略。通过讨论项目管理中的常见工作，介绍工程量清单在综合管理、进度管理、费用管理方面的新应用，尝试建立以工程量清单为统一平台和接口的项目管理思路。

Abstract：The core function of BOQ is for calculation of interim payment during the execution of project，many companies ignore other important features of BOQ than this core function. By discussing the common work in project management，this paper introduces the new application of bill of quantities in comprehensive management，schedule management and cost management，tries to establish a new idea of project management based on bill of quantities as a unified platform and interface.
