摘要：分析工程造价司法鉴定程序中存在如鉴定启动不规范、鉴定机构与人员审查不严、资料质证与移交不到位、庭审质证流于形式等问题，对此提出相应的改进措施，为进一步规范工程造价司法鉴定程序提供借鉴。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the problems in the judicial expertise proceduce，such as the irregularity of the expertise start，the poor examination of the expertise institutions and personnel，the insufficient of data cross-examination and handover，and the informal of trial evidence. According to the above problems，puts forward corresponding improvement measures，in order to further standardize the judicial expertise procedure.
