摘要：构建精益建造技术体系，提出精益建造适宜技术采纳的原则，对政府推动型和企业驱动型适宜技术采纳原则的侧重点、内涵及先后顺序进行差异化分析，并从精益建造技术体系的基本技术、关键技术与“精益建造+技术”三个层面进行适宜技术的选择分析。

Abstract：This paper constructs the technology system of lean construction，puts forward the adoption principle of appropriate technology，and takes differential analysis about emphasis，connotation and sequence between government driven and enterprise driven adoption mode. Then，analyzed appropriate technology selection from three aspects of the basic technology，the key technology and the lean construction plus technology.
