摘要：目前我国城市轨道交通工程保险经纪人才的培养模式难以适应市场需要。首先介绍城市轨道交通行业工程保险市场现状和人才需求；其次阐释工程保险经纪人才的工作职责和知识结构；最后从培养目标和培养途径、理论课程体系设计、工程实践环节设计三方面构建城市轨道交通工程保险经纪人才培养模式。

Abstract：The current training mode of engineering insurance broker of urban rail transit engineering is difficult to meet the needs of the market. First，this paper introduces market situation of the city rail transit engineering insurance and talent demand. Then，explains the job responsibilities and knowledge structure of personnel engineering insurance brokerage. Finally，from the three aspects of training objectives and training approaches，theoretical curriculum system design and engineering practice design，constructs the training mode of insurance broker talents in urban rail transit engineering.
