摘要：结合我国大型施工企业BIM技术发展现状，进行BIM技术发展的SWOT分析，在分析基础上提出大型施工企业BIM技术发展的全外包、混合和全自建三种模式，并分析三种模式的特点及适用范围，为大型施工企业科学、合理地推进BIM技术提供参考。

Abstract：Combined with the development situation of large construction enterprise BIM technology in China，this paper makes a SWOT analysis of the development of BIM technology. On the basis of the above analysis，proposes three models of BIM technology development named outsourcing，mixing and self-established，and analyzes the characteristics and applicable scope of three kinds of mode，in order to to develop BIM technology scientifically and reasonably in the large construction enterprises.
