[摘　要]　建筑业是风险较大行业，以保险予以风险转移是有必要的。对建筑业中常见的两种强制保险进行了分析，厘清了其共同属性及不同作用，并对易引起分歧的二者交叉问题进行了探讨，为建筑业强制保险机制安排提出建议。

Abstract: Construction industry is a poor risk one. It is necessary to control risk. This article analyzes two obligatory insurances in construction industry, differentiates their common property and different effect, and investigates the intersection that easily gives rise to different opinions, provides suggestions for the mechanism arrangement of obligatory insurances in construction industry.
