摘要：基于行业实践现状对装配式住宅关键质量问题进行分析，得出其设计工作的重要性。然后依据装配式住宅的设计流程总结其设计特征。最后，将工程全寿命期理念引入装配式住宅设计工作，形成全寿命期设计准则，作为设计工作的原则性要求，以期为装配式住宅的设计工作提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the status quo of industry practice，this paper analyzes the key quality problems of prefabricated residential buildings and obtains the importance of the design work. Then，summarizes the design features according to the design flow of prefabricated residential buildings. Finally，with the introduction of the concept of engineering life cycle，establishes the design guidelines of the engineering life cycle，so as to guide the practice of design work of prefabricated residential buildings in China.
