摘要：国际工程具有项目周期长、地质和气候环境复杂、涉及面广等特点，保险属地化是国际工程企业规避风险的一种现实选择。分析国际工程保险属地化遵循原则的必要性，提出国际工程保险属地化应遵循属地工程保险的法律原则、差异化保险的经济原则和评价指标量化的技术原则。然后，提出我国国际企业加强复合型专业人才的培养和引进，逐步建立与企业自身和工程属地实际相适应的国际工程保险制度等建议。

Abstract：The international engineering has the characteristics of long project cycle，complex geological environment and wide coverage，and the territorialization of international engineering insurance is a realistic choice for international enterprises to avoid risks. This paper analyzes the necessity of the principle of territorialization of international engineering insurance，and points out that international engineering insurance should follow the territorial legal principles of engineering insurance，the economic principles of differentiated insurance，and the technical principles of quantitative evaluation. Then，suggests that China’s international enterprises should strengthen the training and introduction of compound talents，and gradually establish the system of international engineering insurance adapted to the reality of the enterprises themselves.
