摘要：随着社会投资总量持续增长，工程建设要求显著提高，全过程工程咨询势在必行。分析监理企业转型发展全过程工程咨询业务的背景，深入剖析监理企业发展全过程工程咨询服务的优势，并探讨监理企业开展全过程工程咨询服务的策略，以期为监理企业转型发展提供参考。

Abstract：With the continuous increase of the total amount of social investment，the requirement of engineering construction is greatly improved，and the whole process engineering consulting is imperative. This paper analyzes the background of developing the whole process engineering consulting service of supervision enterprise，analyzes the advantages of developing the whole process engineering consulting service of supervision enterprise，and discusses the specific strategies of supervision enterprises to carry out the whole process engineering consulting service.
