摘要：以广东工业大学基建管理为例，分析高校基建管理的组织机构和科室职能，结合各科室的主要业务阐述用户业务需求和功能需求，并提出高校基建信息系统建设的建议。

Abstract：Taking the construction management of Guangdong University of Technology as an example，this paper analyzes construction management organization and department functions in the colleges and universities，describes user business needs and functional requirements by combining the main business of various departments，and puts forward some suggestions about construction of information system for construction management in colleges and universities.
