摘要：从法律法规、监管意识、诚信体系建设等层面对传统监管模式存在的不足进行剖析，然后从法规文件、监管体系、信息平台三个方面提出监管模式的改进建议，最后参考相关行业的实践经验引入两种创新监管模式，以期为我国后续建设工程执业注册人员事中事后监管模式的研究提供一定的参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional regulatory model from the aspects of laws and regulations，regulatory awareness，and credit system construction，then proposes some suggestions for the improvement of regulatory model from three aspects of regulatory documents，regulatory system and information platform. Finally，introduces two innovative regulatory models referring to the practical experience of related industries，in order to provide references for the research on the post-event regulatory model of construction projects registered personnel.
