摘要：能否成功融资是决定综合管廊PPP项目成败的关键因素之一。基于投资人视角，利用净现值法构建权衡各方收益的融资可行集，确定政府补助区间的合理范围，最后给出单一综合管廊PPP项目、综合管廊+市政道路PPP项目和综合管廊+地铁PPP项目融资模式设计。

Abstract：Successful financing is one of the key factors that determine the success or failure of utility tunnels PPP projects. Based on investors’ perspectives，this paper uses net present value method to construct a feasible financing set that balance the revenue of each partner，determines the reasonable range of government subsidies，and finally designs financial models for single utility tunnel PPP project，utility tunnel + municipal road PPP project and utility tunnel + subway PPP project.
