摘要：通过相关文献的阅读与分析，从宏观与微观两个角度总结BIM技术融入工程管理专业的障碍因素，并利用解释结构模型（ISM）确定各障碍因素的递阶结构，分析障碍因素所处的地位和相互之间的关系，为更加具有有针对性提出专业改革意见和措施提供依据。

Abstract：Based on the reading and analysis of related literatures，this paper summarizes the obstacles of integrating BIM into engineering management from the macroscopical and microcosmic perspectives，and uses ISM to determine the hierarchical structure of obstacle factors，analyzes the relationship between the obstacle factors，in order to provide more evidences for the reform of professional advices and measures.
