摘要：以我国31个地区的总承包企业为研究对象，选取2011～2015年代表企业规模、企业资金、企业盈利水平、企业生产技术水平等13个经济技术指标构建体系，运用因子分析与聚类分析法，综合评价总承包企业发展水平。结果表明，我国区域总承包企业的发展程度差异较大。北京以及浙江、江苏的总承包企业规模大、资金投入大，生产效率高，整体水平较高；甘肃、新疆、西藏、内蒙古等西部偏远地区企业规模小、生产效率效益低，整体水平偏低。

Abstract：Taking general contracting construction enterprises in China’s 31 provinces as the research object，this paper selects 13 economic benefit indexes on behalf of the enterprise scale，enterprise capital，enterprise profit level，enterprise production technology level from 2011 to 2015 to establish a index system. Then comprehensively evaluates the development level of the general contract construction enterprises using factor analysis and cluster analysis method. The results show that the development level of regional general contracting construction enterprises is different. The general contracting construction enterprises in Beijing and Zhejiang，Jiangsu have large scale，large capital investment，high production efficiency，the overall development level is high，at the same time，the remote western regions in Gansu，Xinjiang，Tibet，Inner Mongolia have small enterprise scale，low capital investment，the overall development level is low.
