摘要：在总结装配式建筑内涵特点及近年来装配式建筑发展相关政策支持及其发展态势基础上，结合我国供给侧结构性改革总目标和建筑业供给侧改革内容，从建筑行业、建筑市场、建筑企业及人员三个层面研究发展装配式建筑对建筑业供给侧结构性改革的影响。研究结果表明，发展装配式建筑可以有效地促进建筑业向工业化、信息化、智能化和节能环保方向转型升级，促进建筑企业深度整合产业链，提升建筑产品质量和品质，对建筑业供给侧结构性改革将具有积极的作用。

Abstract：Based on the summary of the connotation features of assembled buildings and related policy and development of assembled buildings in recent years，and combined with the overall goals of structural reforms of the supply side in China and the specific content of supply side reform in construction industry，this paper studies the impact of the development of assembled buildings on the structural reforms of the supply side of construction industry from three aspects of construction industry，construction market，construction companies and personnel. The research results show that the development of assembled buildings can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of construction industry towards industrialization，information，intelligence and energy conservation and environmental protection，promote the deep integration of construction companies in the industrial chain，improve the quality and quality of construction products，and provide a very positive effect on the supply side structural reform of construction industry.
