摘要：基于《市政公用设施建设项目经济评价方法与参数》，以具体的工程案例为依托，结合综合管廊建设运营情况，探讨综合管廊入廊费用的收取方法、运行费用的计算方法，并对费用的收取给予合理化建议，以期为综合管廊的有偿使用提供参考。

Abstract：Based on the economic evaluation method and parameter of municipal public facilities construction project，relying on specific engineering cases，this paper discusses the calculation method of collecting entrance fee and operating expenses of underground pipe gallery，and puts forward rationalized suggestions for cost collection，in order to provide reference for compensated use of underground pipe gallery.
