摘要：旧房改造工程往往伴有勘察不精细、工程变更多、建设周期短等问题，容易产生经济纠纷及造价失控。在深入分析旧房改造项目的特点及控制要点的基础上，结合某改造项目的造价控制经验，将实测实量这一重要手段引入改造工程中，探讨其在旧房改造项目造价控制中的应用，以期为此类工程提供一定的参考。

Abstract：Reconstruction projects of old houses have the problems with inaccurate surveys，more engineering changes，short construction period and other issues，easily produce to economic disputes and cost control out of control. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and control points of the old house reconstruction projects，combined with the experience of cost control of a reconstruction project，this paper introduces the important mean of actual measure into the reconstruction project，and discusses its application in cost control of the reconstruction project of old houses，in order to provide references for such projects.
