摘要：在国家大力推行装配式建筑的背景下，以上海市某项目为例，对比装配式结构和现浇式结构的成本，分析装配式构件成本居高不下的原因，找出影响成本的主要因素，并针对这些原因提出改进措施。

Abstract：Under the background of pushing forward the prefabricated buildings in China，taking the project of Shanghai as an example，this paper contrasts the cost of prefabricated structure with cast-in-place structure，and analyzes the cause of the high cost of prefabricated components，finds out the main factors affecting the cost，finally puts forward improvement measures according to these causes.
