模糊综合评价法在工程项目评标中的运用

[摘 要] 在对工程项目评标影响因素进行分析的基础上,建立综合评价指标体系,提出了依据模糊隶属度把定性评价转化为定量评价的模糊综合评价模型,使评标方法在综合性、合理性、科学性等方面得到了改进。结合案例进行实证的分析表明将模糊综合评价方法用于工程招投标具有实用性和有效性。[关键词] 评标;模糊综合评价;指标体系;因素集Abstract: Based on studying influence factors involved in appraising bid of engineering project, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established firstly.According to fuzzy membership grade method that can transfer the qualitative evaluation to the quantitative one, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed, which, to a great degree, promotes the development of bid evaluation method with more comprehensive, reasonable and scientific.
