摘要:通过筛选关键影响因素建立建筑拆除环境影响评价体系,在该评价体系的基础上利用层次分析法和专家打分法计算出各层因素的权重,并基于模糊评价法对不同类别的环境污染因素建立隶属度函数或隶属度等级,确立建筑拆除环境影响评价模型。结合南京市某图书馆实际拆除项目进行评价模型实证,并依据案例的评价结果和具体污染问题提出相应的建筑拆除阶段整改措施。

Abstract:This paper establishes the evaluation system of environmental impact of building demolition through screening key factors,calculates the factor weight of each layer by the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method. Based on the fuzzy evaluation method,sets up the membership degree function or the degree of membership grade for different categories of environmental pollution factors,and establishes the environmental impact evaluation model of building demolition. In accordance with the actual demolition project of a library in Nanjing,carries out the evaluation model,and puts forward the corresponding measures for the construction demolition according to the results of the case evaluation and the specific pollution problems.
