摘要：目前河北省PPP项目中民营资本的参与度不高，不利于激发民营资本积极投入到PPP模式中。结合河北省实际情况，分析河北省民营资本参与PPP模式的优势、可行性以及存在的问题，提出引导民营资本参与PPP模式的对策建议。

Abstract：At present，the participation degree of private capital is not high in the PPP project in Hebei，which is not conducive to motivate private capital to invest in the PPP actively. According to the actual situation，this paper analyzes the advantages，feasibility and problems of private capital participation in the PPP model in Hebei，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to guide private capital to participate in the PPP model.
