摘要：分析我国乡村基础设施建设现状及存在的问题，探讨PPP模式在宜居乡村建设的可行性，然后阐述这种模式的组织结构和运作流程及关键问题，最后提出在宜居乡村建设推广PPP模式的建议，包括加强农民参与项目建设的能力、提高政府扶持力度、加强人才培养等。

Abstract：First，this paper analyzes the current situation of rural infrastructure construction in China and the existing problems，explores the feasibility of the PPP model in livable rural construction，and then discusses the organization structure and operation process and key problems of this model，finally puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of PPP model in livable rural construction，including strengthening the ability of farmers to participate in the project construction，improving the support of the government，and strengthening the training of talents.
