摘要：结合深圳某片区河道综合整治工程初步设计概算的编制工作，阐述概算编制依据、取费依据及费率标准，从防洪排涝工程和园林工程两方面分析河道综合整治工程费用编制要点，探讨相应问题的对策。

Abstract：This paper expounds the basis of compilation，the basis of fee collection and the rate standard of engineering budget estimate，by combining the budget estimate making of certain hydraulic engineering project in Shenzhen，analyzes the main points of cost compilation for river comprehensive improvement project from two aspects of flood control and drainage engineering and landscape engineering，and discusses the corresponding countermeasures for solving the problems.
