摘要：基于BIM和看板管理的定义，阐述KanBIM概念及其应用原则。然后按照信息传递逻辑关系设计看板规划模块、约束条件收集模块、BIM模型构建模块、工程作业模块、看板信息管理模块、终端信息反馈模块六个功能模块，构建KanBIM管理流程。最后结合曲靖某商业综合体的施工信息管理，介绍KanBIM的应用情况及应用效果。研究证明，KanBIM有利于扩大BIM技术在项目管理中应用的深度和广度。

Abstract：Based on the definition of BIM and Kanban management，this paper describes the concept of KanBIM and its application principles. According to the information transmitting logic relation，designs six functional templates that include Kanban planning module，constraint collection module，BIM model building module，engineering operation module，Kanban information management module，and terminal information feedback module，and builds the KanBIM management process. Finally，introduces the application situation of KanBIM and its application effect with a commercial complex in Qujing. It proves that KanBIM is helpful to expand the application depth and breadth of BIM technology and project management.
