摘要:大型项目较为复杂,如果施工组织设计、施工进度计划等事前管理预见性不足,容易造成交叉作业冲突,带来工程返工停工、成本增加、安全隐患增多的后果。分析施工作业交叉冲突因素和原因,建立以施工单元为对象的施工交叉作业冲突检查机制。基于冲突因素匹配规则,构建冲突检查工作框架,以期为施工作业布置优化及BIM技术发展提供帮助。

Abstract:Large scale projects are more complex. If the pre organization management of construction organization design and construction progress plan is not foresight,it is easy to cause cross operation conflicts,resulting in rework and shutdown,increasing costs and increasing safety risks.This paper analyzes the factors and reason of cross conflict,then builds the mechanism of conflict inspection which take the construction unit as the object. Based on the rules of conflict factor matching,constructs the framework for conflict inspection,in order to provide help for the optimization of construction assignment and the development of BIM technology.
