摘要：为了对装配式建筑成本进行有效管理，从设计因素、管理因素、技术因素和政策因素四个方面分析装配式建筑成本的影响因素，然后运用层次分析法，计算与分析装配式建筑成本影响因素的权重。最后基于计算结果，提出加强装配式建筑成本管理的建议，为有关单位提供相应的参考。

Abstract：In order to effectively manage prefabricated building cost，this paper analyzes the influencing factors of prefabricated building cost from four aspects of design factors，management factors，technical factors and policy factors. Then，uses AHP to calculate and analyze the weights of the influencing factors of prefabricated building cost. Finally，based on the result of the calculation，puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the cost management of prefabricated building，in order to provide reference for the relevant units.
