摘要：随着城市化的推进，新旧建筑的冲突加剧。调查国内外学者对于旧建筑改造、保护的看法和观点，并结合对深圳柠盟人才公寓改造项目的深刻剖析，分析旧建筑改造对城市文化、社会、建筑层面的积极意义以及其发展方向，以期得出对今后旧居住建筑改造实践具有指导意义的建议。

Abstract：With the promotion of urbanization，the conflicts between new and old buildings are intensifying. This paper investigates the domestic and foreign scholars’ viewpoints and views on the renovation and protection of old buildings. Combined with the deep analysis of the renovation project of Shenzhen lemon union talent apartment，analyzes the profound significance of the renovation of old buildings to the cultural，social and architectural aspects of the city as well as the direction of its development，in order to come up with practical guidance for the reconstruction of old residential buildings in the future.
