摘要：建立PPP项目利益分配影响因素体系，根据边际贡献度利用Shapley值法确定初始利益分配方案，引入多个影响因素利用理想点原理综合修正，构建基于Shapley-理想点的PPP项目利益分配模型，并通过实例分析验证其客观合理性及可行性，以期对PPP项目的顺利实施提供一定的参考。

Abstract：This paper establishes the system of PPP projects benefit distribution influencing factors，establishes the benefit distribution model of PPP project based on Shapley- ideal point model，by determining the initial benefit distribution scheme by Shapley value method according to the marginal contribution，and introducing several influencing factors by using the ideal point principle to correct comprehensively. verifies the rationality and feasibility through the case analysis，in order to provide references for the smooth implementation of PPP projects.
