[摘　要]　摇珠法能够有效克服招投标中的不公正现象。摇珠法一般适用于中小型项目的招投标工作，在大型项目中可与专家打分法等其他方法结合使用。首先介绍了摇珠法的三种运作方式，然后论述了该法的优缺点，最后给出了该法的几点改进建议。

Abstract: The rolling-ball lottery method can overcome the injustice in bidding effectively. The method is generally suitable for the small and medium-sized projects. In large-sized projects, it is often applied combined with experts' estimation system and other methods. Firstly, this paper introduces its three operation ways, then discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the method, finally, puts forward some suggestions to improve the method.
