摘要：结合层次分析法和灰色关联理论，以建筑总承包商为核心，从质量与成本、供货能力、综合实力和合作稳定性四个方面，建立建筑供应商选择评价指标体系。以某高校图书馆项目为例，构建基于AHP-灰色关联分析的建筑供应商选择模型，计算出各备选供应商的灰色关联度，进行方案排序，从而选出最佳建筑供应商。

Abstract：Combined with the analytic hierarchy process and the grey relational theory，this paper constructs the evaluation index system of building construction supplier selection from four aspects of quality and cost，supply ability，overall strength and cooperation stability. Taking a university library project as an example，constructs construction supplier selection model based on AHP-grey relational analysis，calculates the grey relational degree of each candidate supplier，sorts the programs and chooses the best construction supplier.
