摘要：在市场拉动和政策支持的双重影响下，我国半导体产业发展迅速。阐述我国半导体产业的发展现状，分析我国半导体产业行业发展存在的问题。基于此，提出商业银行支持半导体行业发展的策略，以期贯彻落实国家发展战略、推动产业转型升级。

Abstract：Under the double influence of market pull and policy support，China’s semiconductor industry has developed rapidly. This paper expounds the current situation of the development of China’s semiconductor industry and analyzes the problems in the development of China’s semiconductor industry. Based on this，proposes some strategies for commercial banks to support the development of semiconductor industry，in order to implement the national development strategies and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
