摘要：根据我国现行的建设管理模式，对比分析铁路工程总承包EPC模式与传统的DBB模式。选取克塔铁路作为铁路EPC模式试点项目，总结EPC模式在铁路工程应用的经验与不足，并就EPC模式在铁路项目进一步推广提出相关建议，包括加快设计、施工的深度融合，加强BIM、装配式技术的应用，加快铁路工程总承包政策的修订，完善工程总承包企业组织机构，加强工程总承包人才队伍建设等。

Abstract：According to the current construction management model in China，this paper compares and analyzes railway engineering general contracting EPC model with the traditional DBB model. Selecting the EPC model of Karamay to Tacheng Railway as a pilot project，summarizes the experience and deficiency of EPC model in railway engineering application，also puts forward some suggestions on the further promotion of the EPC model in railway projects，including speeding up the deep integration of design and construction，strengthening the application of BIM and assembly technology，speeding up the revision of the general contract policy of railway engineering，perfecting the organization of engineering general contracting enterprises，strengthening the construction of the personnel team of engineering general contracting.
