摘要：结合我国现阶段建筑工程施工管理在信息管理、现场施工管理、管理人员三方面存在的问题，分别从集成化、及时化、协同化以及规范化对“互联网+”BIM技术在建筑施工管理中的应用进行研究，构建基于“互联网+”BIM的施工集成管理平台。

Abstract：According to problems existing in the three aspects of information management，site construction management and management personnel in construction management of building engineering at the present stage，this paper researches the application of “Internet plus” BIM technology from the integration，timely，coordination and standardization，constructs the construction of integrated management platform based on “Internet plus” BIM.
