摘要：电网工程造价动态管理信息化系统建设是大数据时代背景下电网造价管理发展的必然趋势。阐述电网工程造价动态管理信息系统框架、建设模式、技术要求等，并以某220kV变电工程为例，介绍电网工程造价动态管理系统在电网工程建设管理中的应用。

Abstract：The cost dynamic management system for power grid project is an inevitable trend with the development of power grid cost management under the background of “big data”. This paper expounds the information system framework，construction mode and technical requirements of power grid project cost dynamic management. Taking a 220 kV substation project as an example，introduces the application of the dynamic management system in the power grid project.
