摘要：分析建筑的全寿命周期成本构成并进行估算，以多层砖混居住建筑为例，比较节能与非节能建筑全寿命周期成本，最后提出节能建筑的推广建议。

Abstract：The paper analyzes and calculates the life cycle cost of energy-saving buildings，and compares the life cycle cost of energy-saving buildings and tranditional building by taking residential multistorey brick building as an example，finally puts forward the suggestions to promote energy-saving building.
