摘要：BIM协同管理被业界广泛视为是提升建筑信息化管理水平和提高项目绩效的重要潜在手段。通过文献分析和问卷调查等，得出BIM协同管理影响因素主要包括组织、数据、过程、团队水平、资源等。然后阐述BIM协同管理的分析模型，并选取一新建项目为实例，论证该研究方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract：BIM collaboration management has been widely regarded as a significant potential solution to improve the level of project information management and project performance. Through literature analysis and questionnaire survey，etc，this paper concludes that the influencing factors of BIM collaborative management mainly include organization，data，process，team level，resources. Then，expounds the analysis model of BIM cooperative management，and selects a new project as an example to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of the research method.
