[摘　要]　构建了施工企业社会责任构成体系三维模型，将施工企业的社会责任分为基本社会责任和高级社会责任两个不同层次。并从施工企业利益相关者角度，将施工企业社会责任划分为员工责任、股东责任、客户责任、供应商责任、竞争者责任、合作者责任、社区责任、政府责任、环境资源责任和公益慈善责任。为施工企业建立完善社会责任体系并提高竞争力提供参考。

Abstract: This paper establishes a three-dimension model to classify Corporate Social Responsibility（CSR） of construction enterprises into two levels, i.e. basic level and advanced level. These social responsibilities cover all stakeholders of construction enterprises, including responsibilities for employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, competitors, copartners, community, government, environmental and resources, and charity. This study provides an important reference for construction enterprises to build CSR management system and consequently enhance their competitiveness.
