摘要：目前已有的BIM算量工具尚不能完全满足装饰工程计量要求。分析各类BIM算量工具在装饰工程计量上的局限性，在此基础上，提出对Revit进行二次开发提取模型数据的方案，并明确相交构件工程量扣减和归并等关键问题的处理方法；以港珠澳大桥澳门口岸境外停车库项目中的房间模型为例进行二次开发，验证该方法的可行性。

Abstract：At present，BIM tools for quantity take-off are not able to meet the demand of decoration measurement. This paper analyzes those deficiencies of current tools in calculating decoration quantity，on the basis，proposes the method that extracts model data to realize decoration quantity take-off by secondary development in Revit to deal with existed problems，and claries the methods to deal with key problems such as reduction and merging of engineering quantities for intersecting components. Taking room model of parking lot outside the port of the HongKong Zhuhai Macao Bridge Project as an example，verifies the feasibility of this method.
