摘要：分析我国地铁施工企业成本控制存在的问题。基于价值工程理论，以某市轨道交通1号线前期施工成本控制为例，选择直接费预算较高的8项分部分项工程，分析其功能并计算功能系数，计算各分部分项工程的成本系数和价值系数，最终确定改进对象。研究结果表明，价值工程可以为地铁施工成本管控提供有益的思路和手段。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the existing problems in subway construction cost control in China. Taking the early construction cost control of rail transit line one in certain city as an example，selects eight divisional and sub-divisional works that having comparatively higher direct budget，and analyzes the functions and calculates the function coefficient based on value engineering theroy. Then，calculates the cost coefficient and value coefficient，and finally determins the object that needs to be improved. The Results shows that value engineering can provide useful ideas and means for subway construction cost control.
